Cosy double in friendly unadopted road.

I live in a friendly street with a great community feel. My house has large gardens and off road parking. My house is occupied by myself, my teenage son and my lurcher, Asha .We are a pretty laid back household who are flexible and accommodating. The room is simply furnished but the bed and mattress are new and super comfy, There is room to add in your own bits and bobs to make it feel like your own. . I am looking for a chilled person who is sociable and prepared to muck in when needed. . My dog Asha is very gentle and people oriented and up for hanging out or walks along the river at the end of my road. The location has a strong sense of community without feeling like everyone knows everybody’s business. I keep chickens on my land with a neighbour and grow veg on my land with another neighbour.
