Quiet house with great views on a friendly street with lovely neighbours. Feel at home with all the perks of being a guest at Hummingbird House. Might be a good interim place whilst you're looking for something with a longer term.

The room comes with a standard double bed, bedside cabinets, clothes rail and chest of drawers.

- Driveway parking (space for two cars) and bike storage available

- Garden is mostly private for cabin users but partially shared

- No TV licence … or TV!

- One load of personal laundry can be done for you each week.

This place will suit someone who:

- likes a really quiet, peaceful and friendly space with great views;
- can cope without a big screen in the lounge;
- enjoys occasional shared mealtimes;
- knows how to maintain a fresh, clean and tidy home;
- spends some time out of the house every day;
- is happy to show their ID, share references and pay a small deposit;
- enjoys some light and fun conversation (sometimes a break from the deep and spiritual topics is needed!)

Usually a child-free and pet-free home. Please mention upfront if you have a baby/child/pet with you. We would need to have a conversation well in advance to see what might be possible. Pets may be considered but would be downstairs and out front only, so it won’t suit everyone.
