This lovely triple aspect studio is perfect for a professional person looking for self-contained accommodation during the working week. Set in a large garden you can curl up in front of the cosy woodburner on cold winter nights and enjoy the stunning view from the patio on long summer evenings. Approx ten minutes from Chard/Crewkerne/Ilminster, 20 mins from Yeovil/Axminster.

The recently refurbished accommodation comprises a light and airy room with own front door. Double glazing and slate flooring throughout. Separate shower room with large walk in electric shower plus a cloakroom with full size washbasin (towels provided).

The studio contains a small double (4ft) bed (linen provided), a sofa, lamps, table and two dining chairs, coffee table, storage cupboard, two drawer chest, mirror and a dressing area with hanging rail and shoe rack enclosed behind a divider screen. Kitchen area has a range of base and wall units, microwave, mini fridge, air fryer, kettle, toaster and double electric hob. Cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery are included. Clean towels are provided weekly, bed linen every two weeks (or ten days).

A wall mounted flat screen Freeview TV and broadband/wifi is provided.

Cleaning equipment in form of vacuum cleaner, mop and dustpan and brush are provided. Alternatively, regular cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.

There is a working woodburner with logs, and kindling provided electric panel heaters with timers are installed for additional heating and there is a heated towel rail in the shower room.

Price of £650 p. c. m. is based on five nights occupation (Sun to Fri or similar - can be flexible about exact days). Full-time residency will not be considered. No couples. Proof of address and references will be required.

Accommodation is private and self-contained but we live on site so any problems can be resolved quickly. The studio is a pet free zone but we do have three cats who roam the garden, so may be more suitable for cat lovers.

Rent includes all bills, wifi, TV licence and logs. Parking and use of patio with furniture provided.
