Double Bedroom to let

A nice sized double room to let. The room consists of a sofa bed (4ft small double - we are happy to take this out if you would like to bring in your own bed), 2 chest of drawers/bedside tables, set of towels and a cloth, tub chair and storage box. The room has a lock on it.
The house has a fully equiped kitchen (please use what you like but do leave the kitchen and all areas as you find them), large lounge/dinning room, and bathroom with a bath and over bath shower. You will receive cupboard space, a shelf in the fridge and a drawers in the freezer for your food. The washing machine is in the utility room. Iron and ironing board available.
Myself and my partner currently live in the home with another room accommodated by a friend. We all work different hours. We are looking for a clean and responsible person to rent the final room.
The house does have two resident dogs. An older German Shepherd (she will likely bark at you on first meeting, she likes to try and scare people but she's absolutely harmless) and a young husky (he's only 10 months old so he's still in training but very loving and affectionate), you must like dogs! There is also a cat but she does her own thing. I will consider any pets you have but due to the age of my Shepherd another dog would not be accepted. Cage animals/reptiles will likely be fine.
