Double room in cosy mid-terrace house

We are live in landlords looking for a friendly lodger who is happy living in a quieter household. We have a nervous older cat so being comfortable around cats is important.
We tend to meet friends outside of the home, our current lodger does the same and we've found this works well.

Situated in a great spot, we are a 15 min walk from the high street with great transport links via bus and train to Bristol or Bath, a 10 min drive from Brislington Park & Ride and a couple of minutes walk from nearby fields.
Keynsham is a community minded town with lots of independent coffee shops, bars and restaurants, including a recently renovated leisure centre and library.


All bills are included (council tax, gas, electric, broadband) the house is fully furnished and the bedroom has a double bed.

Due to the house layout it would be preferable if the lodger did not work from home but if there are the odd occasions to WFH this can be discussed.

There are always spaces available on the street for parking and we have a garage to store a bike.
