I have a room available in my house in Langford. The house is a new build located just opposite the university, only a 5-minute walk from campus. It’s a nice new build with modern appliances, a kitchen, living room, three bathrooms, a garage, and a garden. The room is a double and comes furnished, access to main bathroom (I have an ensuite so won't be using main bathroom) There’s on-site parking as well as plenty of on-road parking nearby.
