Rooms in semi-detached house in Wrington

Two rooms available in semi-detached house, or, entire house - there are no existing house mates. Available from May until end of September.

The advert says Lower Langford but it’s actually Wrington. The rooms have been repainted - I will add new photos soon.

Wrington is a lovely, quiet village with food shops, a couple of pubs, hairdressers etc. It’s in the North Somerset countryside, and there is lots of nice walks and cycling options around. It's a really friendly atmosphere.

The rooms are both a decent size, with nice windows and they both get the sun in the evening. They have double beds, a side table, a chest of drawers.

One is slight larger and can fit a desk for anyone who works from home, however, you can work from home elsewhere in the house.
The house has 2 lovely features, an open plan kitchen-conservatory, with bi-fold doors. Plenty of space in there with a table and sofa for socialising and eating.
In the living room, there is a wood burning stove, and more comfy sofas and a dining table.
The house has a shared bathroom with a bath, a garage with utility area, with a washing machine, energy efficient tumble dryer and a large sink. Lots of space to store bikes, surfboards etc. 
There is a garden with a patio, garden table and chairs, and garden storage.

The kitchen has dishwasher, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, and microwave.

There is a small airing cupboard and a decent under stairs storage.

I have the fastest fibre broadband which works well. Bills are included in this cost. There is parking outside the house or in the cul-de-sac. You do ideally need your own car to live around here as public transport is minimal.
It's close to Bristol airport, and 12 minute drive from Yatton station. There are bus routes in the next village.
