Short term summer let, 1 June - 31 August.

Large double en suite bed sitting room. Seeking female employed lodger with priority to health and social care colleagues but all applicants warmly considered. Monday to Friday lets or whole week. The room is peaceful and has double doors with Juliet balcony overlooking an orchard. It has a double bed, wardrobe, sofa, storage, desk, TV, WIFI and super fast broadband. The en suite was installed in 2019 and comprises shower, heated towel rail, loo and hand basin. The floor is newly carpeted. The room is large and very sunny with triple aspect windows with blinds and curtains. The room is at the back of large family home with shared kitchen. Lodgers have use of own pantry, fridge and cooker. There is off street parking. A labrador stays over once a week but has her own growlery under the stairs, separated from rest of house. Shared laundry room in basement. All bills included. We're an easy going household with courteous and responsive landlady!
