A bright and generously sized master bedroom with a double bed and private en-suite, located in a peaceful cul-de-sac. The property also features an enclosed garden and a private driveway for parking.

You'll be sharing the house with just one other person (me). I work full-time, mostly from home. There are no other lodgers.

You'll have near-exclusive use of the spacious living room (which includes gym equipment) and the dining room, as I rarely use either. All shared spaces are professionally cleaned every two weeks, including your bedroom at no extra cost.

The house is well connected with regular bus routes to both Bath and Bristol, or a 20–30-minute drive by car.

I’m looking for a full-time, tidy, and respectful professional. Ideally, someone who loves animals as I have a calm and quiet Border Collie / German Shorthaired Pointer mix who rarely barks.

High-speed unlimited fibre broadband is included (308 Mbps download / 51 Mbps upload), along with all other bills: council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband, etc.
