Cabin with woodburner

I have a small cabin for rent which has a bathroom next to it .
The cabin is on an off grid smallholding where we grow organic vegetables.
The cabin is easy and cheap to heat as it’s well insulated and not too big. It has a cooker ,sink fridge and wood burner along with a high bed.

Ideally the tenant will be employed and not have any dogs as we have dogs here already .

The rent includes electricity, water. However as we are off grid no electrical items like gaming consoles or power hungry domestic equipment is compatible with off grid living . Having said that , the electric is stable and consistent here .

The tenancy will be a rolling one months notice ether way and 1 month in advance payment .
