Large double bed

We have a large 4 bed house with plenty of parking. We have one lodger but he has separate access to the house and he works nights so we rarely see him. My husband and I are live in landlords but spend a lot of time out of the house.

We are offering a large double bedroom with kitchen, tv, wifi, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small
Desk with chair. The washing machine and dryer are in the main kitchen and can be used as and when needed. We also have a bar b q lodge in the garden for a change of scenery. You will have to share the bathroom with us (but I clean it daily) or there is an outside bathroom next to the lodge if you want your own space. £700 per calendar month. References preferable.
