Double room for rent -Portishead

Double room available for rent in a town house. The bedroom is on the top floor. There are two bedrooms on that floor, a bathroom and a walk in closet room for extra space. There are two occupants already living in the house myself who occupies the room on the second floor and another female who occupies the other upstairs bedroom. I have a medium size dog a Shi poo whose house trained and very loving.
The house has a large living room on the middle floor with a balcony. Downstairs is a large kitchen and a lovely garden. It’s a 5 minute walk to the marina, Bars and coffee shops.
The rent is 800 per month for a single person and 900 per month for a couple as bills included.

We are both professional people who work full time. It’s definitely worth viewing .
