Sunny double bedroom, 5 mins walk from marina

Looking for a housemate to share my 2-bedroom flat. It’s a lovely, light and airy space with laminate wooden flooring throughout.

It's a 5-minute walk to the Marina and High Street. It’s the right side of town to get onto the M5 easily, and if you commute by bus, the nearest bus stop is a 2-minute walk away.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is also a secure bike shed.

A little bit about me… I'm 43 and work 3 days a week at home and 2 in Bristol. I enjoy cooking, movies, music, festivals, yoga, mountain-biking, hiking and a bit of crafting!

I'm looking to share the flat with someone who works full time (no home workers or shift workers sorry), who is friendly, tidy, clean and considerate. Someone who is happy to do their own thing, but would like to have a glass of wine together now and again.

I would ask for 1 months rent in advance plus a deposit of £400. The rent includes ALL bills.

Would be willing to consider a Mon-Fri let, which would be cheaper.
