Double room to let in lovely cottage in Spaxton. Parking is very nearby on main road. It's about 12 minutes' drive to Cannington & Quantock Lake HPC Park & Ride but please note, there is no HPC bus stop in Spaxton.
There is shared use of the good-sized kitchen (with dining table), bathroom with shower and bath, and lounge - which has a large television and wood burner. The house is fully furnished.
All bills, council tax + internet are included however, if high electricity usage occurs, there will be a top-up required.
The fully equipped kitchen includes hob/oven/microwave and you have the use of the fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Everything you need such as pots & pans, crockery and cutlery etc. are all included.
Keeping the place clean is your responsibility.
