Please note: The room is in Street, Somerset not Bristol or Bath. (Both are 1 hr plus travel time away from Street)

Its a lovely double FURNISHED bed room with a shower ensuite. All bills & high speed wifi connection are included in the rent. Includes double bedroom with double bed, side tables, lamps, bedding, towels, ensuite bathroom, use of shared washing machine in laundry area, & use of large shared kitchen (shared with family).

The right lodger for us would be someone who likes kids, is trustworthy and lives a quiet & clean lifestyle. So maybe someone who would like to live alongside a family and values a calm & peaceful environment.
Someone who is self contained but friendly. The House is detatched, surrounded by a gorgeous garden, has easy on street parking, and the lodger accomadation is in the first floor away from family living.

Street is a short distance from Glastonbury. 30 mins walk from house to Glastonbury highstreet. 10 minutes walk to Street highstreet. Regular buses leave Street high street to Glastonbury, Wells & Bridgewater. Also Buses to Bath & Bristol - but take 1 hour plus travel time. Street has Clarks shopping Village, Clarks HQ, Leisure Centre, Banks, Library etc. Would consider a Student or young person ( over 18 years). No pets.
Could consider a couple but would need to ask a bit extra for a second person to cover bills etc.
