Double Room in brand new house Killams Park

Looking for fun loving, clean and tidy person to rent my spare room.

Room looks small in pictures, but it’s actually a pretty decent size.

Large double wardrobe with drawers inside, double bed, bedside table.

There is a sky q box in the room and I have a subscription including movies and box sets. You will have use of main bathroom with powerful shower and full bath (I have an en suite that I use).

House has parking, use of dishwasher, double oven and tumble dryer. I also have a hot tub and really nice decked area in the garden.

Finished and decorated to a high standard- granite worktops, Laura Ashley tiles etc.

Killams park is a beautiful new estate off shorditch road in south taunton. 5 mins drive/ 20 mins walk into town. Really close to the motorway.

I am a 38 year old single professional looking for an easy going and fun person to share my home. I do have a small dog (cocker spaniel) and a cat so must like animals :)

I will accept smokers, but smoking in garden only, not in the house!!
