Large double room to let

Good sized double room freshly decorated, in a quiet area of Taunton, 15 minutes walk to the Hinckley Point bus pick up point and train station. Off road parking is available opposite the house. It is handy for town, spacious and comfortable with an unusually large garden lined with trees; you get the convenience of being in town, but with the feel of being in the countryside!. The communal areas are cleaned once a week, so need to worry about that, there is a fast broadband connection, Netflix is set up in the house for multiple users, a flat screen TV with internet connection in the room, downstairs toilet as well as the bathroom, dishwasher, your own freezer, main use of the fridge in the kitchen (so if you like cooking you can spread out a bit). There is a shed for bikes, and I’ve got a spare bike that has been serviced if you wanted to borrow one!
About me; I’ve had lodgers for many years, I’m used to living with all sorts of people, and it’s a bit of away of life now, which I’m relaxed about and enjoy. Work wise I’m an art teacher and although I’m part-time I’m still often home late.
