This is for a nice, sunny, double room to rent in a shared house in Central Taunton.

The room is upstairs and faces the rear garden, so quiet. The house is about 150 yds from Debenhams and the town centre but is situated down a quiet side street. On street parking (via permit).
East access to Musgrove hospital, town centre, hydro office, train station etc etc.

The room is furnished (comfy double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers, rugs etc) and has it's own sink. It is light and sunny for most of the day. Newly decorated for last year.

The house has 4 working professional housemates in it at the moment, 2 boys, 2 girls. They are all very nice people and it's a happy house. There are lots of houses to rent out there but this one has lovely people in it and that's who you have to live with! Friendly without being too friendly.

There is a shared kitchen, fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, cutlery etc etc.

There is a shared lounge, 2 setees, tv etc. The house has been set up so that it feels like 'home' where you can come home and chill out, rather than a more impersonal minimalistic rental.

2 shower rooms, redecorated with new showers last year.

The house has a new gas boiler in it and the heating is set to several degrees above legal limit, there is a boost button you can use if cold. (and an off button if you are hot!). All the rooms have radiators in them.

All the bills (council tax, water, gas, electric, broadband) are included. We put in fast broadband last year.

The bedrooms have been redecorated last year, The communal areas are due to be redecorated in the next few weeks so will be all refreshed and new.

I belong to the professional body of landlords (NRLA) and work hard at maintaining my property and creating a good relationship with my tenants.
Because you are not having to go through the middleman of an agency you can always get hold of me quickly. All housemates have my personal mobile number and I am always happy to talk to you. If there are ever any issues then I live less than 40 minutes away so can turn up very promptly.

I am looking for a new housemate who will be a good fit with the existing ones, so working professional preferred, willing to take a turn at cleaning communal areas , friendly and respectful of my property and the existing flat mates.
