The flat is the bottom part of a house which is split into two, we own and manage both flats so have a say in who gets to rent both, this means that we can tell you that the upstairs flat has nice tenants in it! Both flats share a front door but have their own separate flat entrances.

I mange the property myself, I am an experienced member of the NRLA (landlords professional body) and work really hard at maintaining good relationships with my tenants.
