This is for a huge double room in a newly refurbished house (New kitchen, bathrooms, newly painted, new carpets etc)

The rental will include a cleaner for communal areas approximately once a fortnight.

The house is currently let to friendly, professional, female overseas Indian nurses who work at Musgrove, however, their placements end within the next couple of months and several of them have taken up placements elsewhere in the uk so the house is due to change its occupants. I am looking to re rent to working professional polite people.

The house is walking distance to Musgrove (about 15/20 mins) there is room for bicycles. It is about 2 minutes from the town centre and nearest supermarket. About 15 minutes from the train station, really close to local buses.

There is super fast broadband included and a tv licence for the shared lounge
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, cutlery, pots and pans etc

The room is a huge double with a bay window. It has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table, chest of drawers, rugs, lamps etc in it. It is clean and light.

There are 3 bathrooms within the house, the room for rent shares it's bathroom with one other tenant (really lovely girl) so there are only the 2 of you using it

The house is £525 per calendar month, this includes all bills, gas, water, electric, council tax, tv licence for the lounge, fast broad band (newly upgraded). The house is warm and gas heated.

I am a good quality landlady with several properties in Taunton. I work really hard at creating good relationships with my tenants and manage my own property, so you can always get hold of me should there be an issue, i respond quickly and usually sort anything with 24 hours, unlike most agencies.
My property is fully legally compliant with all it's safety certification. It is legally licenced.
