Attractive loft room in Victorian Terrace

I am a single professional woman who works full-time, although some days I work from home.
I have a beautiful attic room available for rent from the beginning of September 2022.
I’m located in a very popular and quiet residential area which is super close to pretty much everything. Town is within walking distance and there are convenience stores around the corner.
My home is tastefully furnished and I generally keep it clean and tidy (and would hope the same from my housemate). Shared space includes the kitchen which has plenty of cupboards and there is a dishwasher and washer/dryer, a newly refurbished bathroom and you would be welcome to use the dining room for meals if you prefer not to eat in the kitchen or in your room.
My son will be living at home whilst he is between Uni and his first job.
We also share the house with 2 beautiful cats.

I am looking for a professional person for the room and you must be a non-smoker – sorry!
The room has been newly furnished with a low double bed, drawers, built-in wardrobe, bedside drawers and some storage space, but of course you are welcome to bring your own bits to make it as homely as you want
All bills and wifi are included - I have fibre broadband..
