Can accept only those who need rooms arround my dates stated.
Single room comes vacant on the 30/01/2026
The Double room + extra second room for couples or a single person- comes vacant on the 11/01/2026.

Single room: Rent is £660/4 weeks. Payable every 4 weeks in advance. Deposit is £600. Would accept a single profesional. A person must have a full time job. Room is fully furnished, contains a Single lift up bed. Newly renovated.

Double room+ extra second room: Rent is £800/4 weeks for a single person. For a couple rent is £850/ 4 weeks. Deposit is £600. Person, or both persons must have full time jobs. Room is fully furnished, contains a Double bed in it.

Hinkley bus stop ir right by the property 1 minute walk.

Free parking spaces are everywhere on the roads between these hours 6pm-8am. Payable hours are 8am-6pm.

Minimum age: 18+.
Minimum term: 6 months.
Maximum term: any

The property is very spacious, has modern, tidy kitchen. Has a lovely dinner room with large glass table and chairs, a massive and nice garden at the rear and built rain roof above the seating area.

Documents I check and a person or persons would have to provide it:
A coppy of passport
A Share code for your Right to Rent in UK (for non British Nationals only)
3 recient payslips ( or letter of the offered possition or a contract of employment).
One month recient bank statement.
