We're a friendly, professional couple with a lovely (affectionate) 7-year-old Hungarian Vizsla. We have a room available in our victorian terraced home and are looking for a short term lodger (1-2 months, but potentially more).

The Room:

Is situated to the rear of the property, overlooking the garden - it is bright and peaceful and comes fully furnished: kingsize bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with brand new 200 threat count cotton bedding.

Shared Spaces:

We have a modern kitchen diner equipped with everything you need, including a Berkey Water Filter and De’longhi Coffee Machine. Access to a washing machine and tumble dryer in our utility room. The main bathroom is upstairs with bath and shower, plus a downstairs toilet.

Excellent Location for commuters (Hinkley Point/Hospital):

Just a 3-minute walk from Taunton Train Station and bus stops.
15 minutes on foot to town.
Free parking nearby (5-7 min on foot) outside of controlled zone restrictions.
Aldi (7 minute on foot)

Ideal Tenant:

A full time working professional (no remote working) who is clean, tidy and respectful. No guests allowed.
