We have 2 x stunningly luxurious and fully furnished rooms available; a very large, private studio bedroom with its own ensuite and a second large double bedroom with its own bathroom. Both are new builds extended onto our existing beautiful, relaxing and friendly home. We live in one end of the house and and you live in the other, with shared communal areas such as the kitchen and dining room being in the centre. The Studio has big South facing windows and is very private being the only upstairs room in this part of the house. The Studio is truly amazing due to its size, quality fittings and high ceiling and, without exception, every previous lodger has enjoyed their stay in this room. The second bedroom also has south facing windows and an external door leading on to its own patio and the garden. Previous tenants have used this as their own front door entrance. It has underfloor heating and built in cupboards. Both rooms need to be seen to appreciate size, quality furnishings and privacy.

The kitchen and dining area is shared. We have recently fitted a new dual fuel range cooker, a large american fridge freezer, dishwasher and new washing machine and tumble drier.

You have your own space for watching TV etc in each bedroom. Fibre optic broadband is available throughout the house. There is ample fridge/freezer and cupboard space available for you. There is a walk-in loft and built in cupboards to the rooms. There is also parking available on the driveway and a garage to store bicycles etc.

Access to a huge, beautiful =garden, local pub and Quantock countryside are strong attractions. Max 10 minute drive into town and about a 20 minute cycle. J25 and J24 of the M5 can easily be reached in 10 mins thus great links north and south.

We have Boris, Alfie and Max cats who are very friendly and a gorgeous (and quiet) 5 year old Springador called Bella.

Looking for quiet, clean, courteous non smoker with a stable income looking to stay for 6 months or longer.

We have an additional double room for those who need to move ASAP and prior to advertised room being available but by separate negotiation.
