I’m offering a large, bright double room in a recently renovated house in Bath. The entire property has been finished to a high standard with brand-new flooring, radiators, and a modern aesthetic.

Living Space: A lovely lounge/dining room plus a separate sitting room.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and plenty of storage.

Outdoor: A larger than average back garden - perfect for BBQs and summer sun (currently being landscaped for the season!).

The Room: Fully furnished with a brand-new ottoman storage bed, wardrobe, and drawers. I can also provide a desk if you would like one. It has the best view in the house, looking out over the Bath skyline.

The Location:

Situated right on Twerton High Street in Bath, everything you need is within a 5-minute walk:

Shopping:

Morrisons and a pharmacy (diagonally opposite), Lidl, M&S Foodhall (less than 5 min walk away).

Transport:

The bus stop is 20m from the front gate (10 mins to the city centre). Alternatively, it’s a beautiful 20–25 minute stroll along the canal towpath into town.

Social:

Three great local pubs just a few minutes away.

The "Flatmate" Situation:

You would be sharing with me and one other person. However, I am away for the vast majority of the time.

Winter: I’m usually only home 1–2 nights per month.

Summer: I’m typically home 1 night per week.

This offers you the benefit of me being easily available for any maintenance or help you might need. I’m friendly and happy to socialize, but I’m very respectful of personal space.

Practicalities:

Rent: £825 per month.

Bills: ALL included (Broadband, Council Tax, Utilities).

Cleaning: A cleaner attends every fortnight for the communal areas.

Parking: Currently free on-street parking directly outside which is permit free. (Note: I am in the process of installing a private dual bay driveway).

I’m looking for a chilled professional or student who wants a high-quality space to call home. Long-term preferred, but I’m open to shorter stays for the right person.
