Kitchen with painted wooden kitchen units, locally made, plus electric cooker and fridge.
Largish bathroom with shower over bath.
Plumbing for washer and space for drier.
Double glazing throughout (new in the last year, since pics were taken).
Unfurnished. Offroad parking; semi-shared garden (secure); shared shed with log store.
Fantastic walking country straight out of the door.
Pub down the road (White Horse).
Council tax is currently about £120/£88 (depending on single occupancy). Tenant pays for electric, water, logs etc and contributes to the oil (about £200 per year), 1 month’s deposit & refs required. Payment by monthly standing order. Call Naomi or Pete. No cats sorry. One dog maybe. Perfect if you like country living - chopping logs, etc. - if you love a newbuild & mod cons then this won’t be for you;
it’s old, rustic, wonky and rural.

PS: I have no idea why it comes up as living room 'no' but it does have a very nice one :)
