The house itself is split over 4 levels. The ground is a Kitchen/Diner with all the mod cons, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.

The 1st floor contains a lounge and a study space.

The fourth floor contains the spare room in question. The room itself is a large double room with a storage/walk in wardrobe as well as an ensuite (toilet/sink)

There is a large garden and plenty of off-road parking. The house comes with all bills included in the rent such as gas, electricity, WIFI etc (However not TV licence)

The house is just 15 minutes from Taunton town centre and 5 minutes from the M5 junction 26, and 35 minutes to Exeter town centre.

I want someone who will integrate well and who understands that they are part of this house and not just isolated to their room.

I am a 29-year-old who works from home during the week. I am quite a socialite at times and enjoy a natter with good company but can understand those who enjoy their own company and personal space. I love nothing more than the outdoors and reading is at the top of my interests. My roommate is a videographer and works from home everynow and then.
