Double Room available

Hey! I’m looking for a housemate for my home in Wells.

It’s a lovely 3-bed house with a huge garden, garage, and on-drive parking. Inside, there’s a spacious kitchen, a comfortable living room with a big 50-inch TV, and a conservatory/dining room — plenty of space to relax and make yourself at home.

The available room is a small double, but it comes with a bonus: the third (single) bedroom is empty and included in the price, perfect to use as your own walk-in wardrobe or extra personal space. The bedroom also comes fully set up with a bed, two chest of drawers, and a wall-mounted TV already in place.

There’s one bathroom to share.

All bills are included in the price — rent, council tax, water, electricity, gas & super speedy WiFi. I also have Sky, so you’re fully set for streaming and TV.

A bit about me — I’m a sports coach working Monday to Friday, typically 5am–8pm, so I’m rarely around during the day. I also have a lovely puppy cocker spaniel and a cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with pets (though I’m not looking to add any more pets to the house).

The house also features a great 8-job gas cooker and double oven — perfect if you enjoy cooking — and offers beautiful views over Glastonbury.

Location-wise, it’s just a 10–15 minute walk into the centre of Wells.
