A warm, peaceful double room available in a cosy bungalow in the heart of East Harptree. The home is quiet, clean and welcoming, ideal for someone who enjoys nature, gentle routines and a calm living space.

You’d be sharing with me, Rob — I’m a resident landlord in my early forties, working locally and spending most daylight hours at my nearby forest garden. I’m friendly, tidy and easy to live with, and I appreciate a considerate, respectful atmosphere at home.

The bungalow is fully furnished, warm and well looked after. There’s a shared kitchen, a comfortable living room, good broadband coming soon and a sunny spot outside for morning tea. The whole place is on one level with wide doorways, so it feels relaxed and accessible.

I’m looking for a female flatmate who values a peaceful home life, as my young daughter stays with me from time to time and I feel this is the best fit for our household. Someone kind, considerate, tidy and grounded would be a lovely fit. Not suitable for students, and no smoking or pets please. References appreciated.

The room is available from late April, but I’m happy to start conversations and viewings sooner.
