Hi, I'm looking to let out two furnished double rooms as part of a lodger arrangement in an annex that’s connected to my home. The space has its own private entrance via the side of the property, but also retains an internal hallway connection to the main house, keeping it within a single household for legal purposes.

I would like to let it out to a pre arranged party ideally, ie you and a friend taking both rooms.

This setup is ideal for someone who values privacy but is happy with a more informal, household-style arrangement.
