Furnished double room available

I’m currently renting a flat in Weston and am looking to fill the second room. My place is right on the sea front, within walking distance to most things but tucked away enough where it’s still peaceful.
The monthly cost is inclusive of ALL bills, including broadband and council tax. The room comes furnished with a king size bed which has only been slept in a handful of times, built in wardrobes and some additional storage units, all in good, clean order. (Pictures to follow). The flat does have a garage which I currently use to put my car in. This has been taken into consideration when figuring out the monthly price. There is a lot of street parking right outside as well as visitor spaces for the court of flats.
I am 24 year old professional female looking for someone who I can get on with! Instead of co-existing around a potential flatmate, I would like to be friendly and get to know one another. I am at work a lot of the time but when I’m home I love to just relax and get the tv on!
