I am the live in landlady; a friendly & sociable professional in my mid forties, great sense of humour, open and honest. I am looking for a like minded person to share my lovely home. I am a vegetarian so non meat eaters please. Two gorgeous Labradors in residence so you must love dogs! Would prefer a non smoker although smoking in garden is ok.

Room available 7 days per week, £425 pcm or Mon-Fri £350 pcm. All bills included: water, gas, electricity, council tax, fast broadband Internet, TV licence.

I am happy to consider females or males; please note that references will be required and you must be in regular employment and able to demonstrate affordability. One month deposit required.
