I’m looking to rent out one of my spare rooms in my home. I normal times I work away a lot, but currently that’s not an option. I am quiet, but sociable and easy going. I love to cook and to get outdoors walking, NationalTrust and English Heritage. I have a good sized garden and greenhouse and would love to have a housemate who enjoys this too.
Couples would be welcome although I would charge 50% higher rate for the room.
