Accommodation is a large bedroom in a separate annex attached to the kitchen of the main house giving privacy and good personal space.

All newly carpeted and decorated

Officially unfurnished but we have a selection of furniture which can be moved in as required.

All bills included, separate exclusive fridge/freezer, use of washing machine and dryer.
Kitchen area with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, sink.
Other shared rooms inc. lounge, kitchen, utility room.

Amazing views and lots of footpaths close by for enjoying the local countryside.
Rural location with tenanted riding stables attached - no immediate neighbours, very peaceful. Warm with excellent insulation and under floor heating

Bathroom has separate bath and shower. Plenty of parking and storage space. Good Wifi. You can even have your own veg plot if you wish!

I am a single Dad with two daughters - one at Uni (back for hols) and one with me part time.

Car essential. Must like dogs and cats - we will need someone willing to get involved in feeding and keeping them company if we are away too. We have an adorable Dalmation and a very friendly cat.
This will suit someone wanting the quiet life and a peaceful place to come back to each day.
The successful applicant(s) will be independent, trustworthy and responsible.
