Looking for a lodger with sober and quiet habits. Large single/double room with an extensive view over the town and surrounding country. Ample natural lighting with French windows giving onto a paved patio serving as own entrance on one side and a large double-glazed window on the other. Two separately controlled ceiling lights, and lots of power sockets. Couples considered at £600pcm. In a shared three-bedroom semi in a quiet cul-de-sac. Central heating and double glazing. Lots of storage: very large wardrobe, chest of drawers, two sets of shelves. Shared upstairs bathroom, shared downstairs cloakroom with washing machine and tumble drier, and shared kitchen. Large back garden with patio, a pond and medium front garden. One minute's walk to town centre shops and library and only a minute's walk in the other direction to open fields with public footpaths. Driveway and on-street parking. Two other permanent residents, father and son; two other children stay overnight in an upstairs bedroom every second or third weekend and occasional weekdays during holidays.
