Single room in lovely cottage. Relaxed + friendly

A lovely quiet, light room to let in my house during the week to a working person who wants somewhere inexpensive to stay. I am happy to negotiate payment or a nightly rate if that suits and no rent payable in holidays by arrangement for the right person. A single bed with memory foam topper, chest of drawers and desk in the room. There is a bathroom right next door to the bedroom with a shower. (I have my own bathroom). A cleaner comes once a fortnight. Good broadband and Netflix on the tele.
In the living room is a comfy sofa, tv. In the kitchen is a microwave, cooker, fridge, your own food cupboard etc.. and access to a courtyard garden.
I am a teacher and work away during the week so sometimes the house will be all yours.
The cottage is light, warm and cosy with high ceilings, gas ch and constant hot water.

Wiveliscombe is a wonderful place and has a co-op and a Londis which are open until 10 as well as a chippie, a Chinese, an Indian and 2 pubs which serve food all within a 1 minute walk. There is limited parking outside the house but loads in the free, safe local car parks - a 2 minute walk away. In the summer there is an open air swimming pool. Do phone me for a chat. I have had several lodgers over the years and have had such positive experiences of Spareroom.
