You will be sharing my roomy, up to date property, which is superbly appointed. Your spacious double bedroom has a queen sized bed with a comfy memory foam mattress and mattress topper, a chest of drawers, and a hanging space. The garden has places to sit and the house is light and airy with its modern open plan finish. I keep a very clean house, and it is beautifully and comfortably furnished. This home is ideal if you wish to get to Bristol, Clevedon, Weston Super Mare or the South West, with the M5 only 15 minutes away and Yatton train station nearby. There is a regular bus into Bristol and Weston. I am friendly and easy to get along with, happy to chat or not chat. I have a small, friendly dog, a magnificent cat and a tortoise that lives in the garden. You are welcome to share the lounge, and will have full use of the superbly fitted kitchen and utility room. There is an expectation that you will undertake some of the cleaning.
