The room has freshly laundered mattress protectors, pillow protectors, feather pillows and a duckdown quilt. Plus:

table/desk & office chair (for working from home/gaming)
under bed storage.

Please note that the room is also available on short term or week by week basis.

I am chilled about sharing communal areas.

My adorable animal companions are cohabitees of the space and part of the family so it's vital you love animals. No allergies to pets. And you MUST be kind to them and welcome them as cohabitees 😆

The house is on the edge of beautiful countryside, with the Strawberry Line 10 mins walk away and it's just a 20 minute drive from the beach. Yatton Train Station is 10 mins drive/20 mins off road cycle via the Strawberry Line, with very regular trains that reach Bristol in 15 minutes. The X1 bus similarly runs into Weston and Bristol regularly and the bus stop for the X3 taking 16 mins ride to Bristol Airport is 9 mins walk from the house.

A relaxed energy and good sense of humour around the space is welcomed. I would prefer a verified user and if you're evasive about your ID, I'm afraid that's not OK!

I host foreign students for immersive experiences into English as a Foreign Language & British culture... and I do have a booking from an overseas student for two weeks over Christmas and New Year for the room.

The accommodation would suit professionals, airport staff, people undergoing local training courses, work from home, plus anyone who's looking for a temporary base while looking for somewhere more permanent to live in the area, or families of students from Langford Veterinary School or local people wanting somewhere to stay whilst visiting! I am quite flexible and open to these options.

My recent lodger has been staying here for 10 weeks whilst looking for employment and relocation into the city of Bristol & he has now moved. We've become good friends.
