House has a snug with tv, office, large front lounge, conservatory, which has a table & chairs large kitchen and WC downstairs. The kitchen has a dishwasher & washer drier. The house has three bedrooms in total with my master having an ensuite so you have your own bathroom. Bathroom on same floor as the bedroom.
You would share with one other, myself, I am a 32 year old teacher. The house has a cat and two guinea pigs. I am looking to share with someone who is a friendly professional and happy to keep the place tidy. The communal areas and bathrooms will be cleaned once a week by a cleaner.
