The house is very central, within a short walk of Yeovil hospital, the town centre and Leonardo. The room is a larger double with ensuite shower room, fully furnished on the first floor. The price also includes off-road parking. The room is available from 1st September.

All the fixtures, fittings, furniture and appliances are new. The kitchen has been equipped with all the mod cons you would expect - a large range cooker, a double oven, integrated microwave, washing machine and a dishwasher.

The communal areas have a smart living room with Freeview TV and there is a large garden at the back of the house - outdoor furniture and BBQ are also provided.

The house is located on a quiet residential road just on the edge of Yeovil town centre - 3 minutes walk to the hospital, 3 minutes walk to a large Tesco, 10 minutes walk to Leonardo Helicopters and a five-minute walk into the town centre. The main A303 route can also be accessed within 10 minutes drive.

Although the room is a large double, it is for single occupancy only, so couples, please do not apply.

A holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent will be required to secure the room.
