Rooms are inclusive of all bills and includes unlimited fibre optic wifi, gas, electricity, water rates, council tax, tv licence, homely, off road parking for 2 vehicles only (first come basis) 2 shower rooms/ toilets, laundry, kitchen and private gardens to use. Current residents are all working professionals who are very friendly and welcoming people. Comfortable house. Rent in advance before tenancy commences. Deposit/ bond required before tenancy starts, payable by bank transfer and standing order set by tenant for future rent payment. All rooms let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement for initial period of 6 months and after stays on a periodic agreement, this is the law and part of our licencing rules. We ask for 1 weeks rent as holding deposit which will secures room which is deducted from rent in advance. Proof of I. d required before tenancy checks commence. We dont charge for checks, administration and contract fees. Please note that some rooms are partially furnished.
