You will be sharing with me in a victorian terrace house. I am a working professional and I work from home most days. I'm reasonably sociable but not a huge party goer!

Ideal lodger will be tidy and respectful of the space and easy to get along with. Professional or mature student - preferably not WFH as we'd be on top of each other all day! No regular overnight guests

The house includes a living area, dining room, small kitchen, dining area and garden with shed. The shared bathroom is located downstairs.

Parking nearby is limited so would suit someone who walks or cycles.
