King size double room to rent in Abbey Manor

I'm looking for a housemate to join me in a small, but perfectly formed home in Abbey Manor. This area is, hands down, the best part of Yeovil to live in. You've got pretty much everything on your doorstep, it's close to Leonardos or an easy commute to Taunton, along with lovely parks and walking spots very close by. The neighbours are lovely as well!

The available room is fully furnished and comes with a king size bed with a brand new Simba mattress guranteed to offer you the best sleep of your life and a triple wardrobe with drawers included. It also overlooks the garden which, frankly, could be tidier but is still more than half a decent view.

The house has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with a waterfall shower, suntrap living room and a small but well organised kitchen. There's driveway parking too. Other mod cons include: dishwasher, plenty of fridge/freezer space, washer/dryer, smart TV, 450mb internet, outdoor space with a BBQ to make the most of the summer heat. All of this is shared, but I'm pretty good at sharing. I'm a minimalist and all around chill human being, so there's plenty of space for you to make the place feel like your own too!

I own and live in the home and I'm looking for someone who: can leave a room the way they found it; is down for movie nights now and then; loves cats. This last one is a must, I have 3 stunning furballs that truly rule the roost. Obadiah (13) a chillled-out and cuddley domestic longhair (Siberian mix), Eydis (9) a total-bag-of-nerves-neurotic-but-still-loves-a-good-scritch Maine Coon, and Otis (18 months) the dopiest, floppiest Ragdoll you've ever met who enjoys the sound of his own voice, being cuddled by any human with a free set of arms, and going out for walks on a lead.

I am 33 and work in Internal Communications - based in Taunton 2 days per week and work from home 2 days per week. I'm an ex-Londoner who's used to sharing a house with other people and know how to be respectful and considerate. I'd love to hang out in the evenings if you want to, or I can leave you alone if you want that too. I also enjoy online gaming, writing/reading and yoga in my free time so I'm pretty quiet for the most part (although I do love some loud tunes while cleaning). I've got a fantastic collection of tabletop games to bring out your inner nerd, and occasionally I host gaming nights to which you would be very welcome!
