This is an extra large double room with modern furnishing in a house in a quiet residential street in Yeovil close to the hospital, college and centre of town. There is a modern kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer and a lounge with sky TV. The room is on the first floor overlooking the front garden and street. It has a double bed, two built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, side table, coffee table and sofa and wash hand basin. This is a very quiet and very clean house. Noise has to be kept to a minimum as some of the women work night shifts and sleep during the day. There are two shower rooms, a garden and residents only on-street parking. There is free high speed broadband wireless internet. There are five women sharing the house aged from 20 to 45. It is £90 per week (£390 pcm) including most bills. The only bills not included are the electricity in the room and the tumble drier which are metered. This room is available to one working woman only. It is available immediately.
