I have a newly decorated, double room to let in my spacious 2 bedroom house. £350 per month or £600 for a couple includes all utility bills and WIFI. I ask for a £350 deposit upfront and going forward one month’s rent on the day you move in and monthly thereafter by standing order into my account.
There is a large bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and electric shower and a useful extra toilet downstairs. Use of appliances and other accessories is included.
The house is a 5 minute walk to Barry Docks station and 5 minute walk to Barry town centre. It is resident parking on my street.
