Single room, Barry island close to beach

Single bedroom in a four bedroom townhouse in the new build on top of the island. Myself and 2 other gentleman live here currently. I am in the process of renovating this room. Pictures coming soon.

It will come with single bed, bedding pillows etc, bedside table, lamp, large built in wardrobe rail. I will also put candles and decorations etc to make it look homely but you are free to bring your own.

You will make it 4 of us in the house. The other 2 are really quiet and very respectful. We all tidy up after ourselves and keep clean and tidy.

My house is very clean comprising of a good size modern kitchen with integrated appliances and plenty of cupboard/fridge/freezer space. We have an air fryer, George foreman, toaster, kettle, etc

Large modern living room with corner sofa, leading in to a large conservatory with dining table. You are free to use all these rooms as. you wish.

In my room and the other gentlemans room that lives with me we have en suites. and my housemate uses my shower so the bathroom will be used primarily by you. Again it's lovely clean and tidy.
