Double room available ASAP

Hey, my name is Antonia.

I have a double room available in my 3 bed maisonette on a quiet street in Caerau. I have a private Landlord, who fixes anything that breaks pretty quickly and is pretty laid back.

I do have a 4 year old that comes over 1-2 times a week, so when she's over we're either in my room or in the living room so it'd be nice if whoever moves in is okay with that.

The room can be decorated if you wanted to, it doesn't have to stay white. There's no stress about making a mark on the wall, as long as the room isn't trashed its okay to put up shelves and stuff.

I've lived on my own for a really long time now, but I'd love to have someone move in who I could hang out with sometimes. Chilled nights with a takeout and Netflix & even go out sometimes. It'd be nice to spend some time hanging out but I also like to have my own space so it isn't something I'd want all the time.

I am pretty busy at the moment, 4-5 days a week I'm working 9 hours and then I'm studying for my degree in Psychology with Counselling. My intention is to drop a few hours in work once someone moves in as it will help me out financially.

I don't have any photos as of yet of the room and the other rooms of the house, but I intend to take some within the next week. The room does needed painting which I would do before anyone was to move in.
