My flatmate Lizzie and I are looking for a new student roomie in our three bedroom house on Glenroy Street, Roath, Cardiff. The house is, in walking terms, 5 mins from Roath park, 30 minutes from the town centre or Cardiff Uni and 40 minutes from the central train station. Glenroy street links onto Albany road and city road, ideally situated between two of Cardiff’s most bustling streets. Glenroy street is quiet however, there are a mixture of students and professionals in the area, and good locations to socialise, play sports or relax.

The bedroom has two large windows, a wooden floor, a wooden double bed, a desk and chair, two cupboards and a chest of draws.

The house has a social sitting area, a largely wooden kitchen (fully equipped) and a bathroom. There is a medium sized garden at the back too.

Lizzie and I study languages at Cardiff Uni. We like to cook, spend time outside, read and watch films. We like to share our ideas and cook together. Dancing at world music or dance nights suits us.

The rent on the property is until June 20th 2019, at £345 per month including bills.
