Hi there, I have a furnished double bedroom up for grabs in a top floor apartment with balcony in Prospect Place.
No parking available, however there is on-street parking accessible nearby.
Gym, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and concierge all available in the complex for free.
If you don't know the area, we are a 20 minute walk from Cardiff Bay and 40 minute walk from town. We have Asda, Morrisons and Aldi all within a two minute walk and there is a bus stop with regular buses nearby.
The rent payable to the estate agent is £375pcm (which is inclusive of water) and I pay all the other bills so total rent per month would be approximately £520pcm.
Unfortunately there is no parking and there is a referencing fee payable to the estate agent prior to signing the tenancy.
