Double Room in friendly shared Canton house

Hi all,

We have a double room available in a spacious house in a great location in Canton, 15 mins walk from the city centre.

I am leaving Cardiff to go travelling in the new year so am looking for someone to take on my old room from January 1st.

The other housemates - Hayley, Frances and Gwynon - are all young professionals working in Cardiff. We are looking for someone friendly and sociable to take over the room. We often spend time chilling in the living room, cooking and occasionally going to the pub.

The room itself comes with a double bed, plenty of storage space and its own lobby room. The pictures don't really do it justice so needs to be seen for itself! The house has 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, spacious kitchen and rear patio area.

The room is £275 pcm + bills with a £275 deposit and no agency fees!

We're looking to hold viewings from Tuesday 4th to Thursday 6th December. If these dates don't work we could try and fit something in another time. Let me know if you're interested with a little bit about yourself and we look forward to meeting you!
